Privacy Policy.

How we handle your information.

Last updated: October 16, 2026

Syracuse Web Agency (“we,” “us”) operates syracusewebagency.com and related services. This policy describes how we handle personal information you provide when you use our site, request a quote, or use client tools we host.

1. Information we collect

  • Contact and quote requests: name, email, phone (optional), company, project details, budget range, and any URLs or files you include.
  • Client accounts: if you sign in, we process your email, account identifiers, and session records to secure access to client tools. Current authentication and account data are hosted on Railway.
  • Technical data: server logs may include IP address, user agent, and timestamps for security and rate limiting.

2. How we use information

We use this information to respond to inquiries, provide services, process payments where applicable, maintain security, and improve our product. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Service providers

We use service providers including Railway for hosting and database storage, Resend for email delivery, and Stripe for payments where enabled. They process data as needed to provide those services.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies where needed for sign-in and session security. Project forms and private quote pages may keep drafts and unconfirmed request identifiers in your browser’s session storage. The site uses these saved drafts for up to 24 hours to help you restore a request or retry the same submission. A saved draft is sent only when you submit its form. Public marketing pages also use Google Analytics 4 to understand page views and interactions such as project links, email links, and completed inquiry forms. Google Analytics may use cookies and online identifiers to provide this measurement.

Our custom analytics configuration removes query strings and URL fragments from page locations, referrers, and measured web links. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, or project-message text as analytics event parameters. You can limit cookies or analytics requests through your browser settings or privacy controls. Google's privacy policy explains its processing.

5. Retention

We retain lead and project data as long as needed to deliver services and meet legal or accounting requirements, then delete or anonymize it.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold, or to object to certain processing. Contact us at the email below and we will respond within a reasonable time.

7. Children’s privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

8. Changes

We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised policy.
